3. Handling technical customer complaints.

4. Follow up TPI, Certification agency, Consumer Representative

5. Review the non-conformity report.

6. Approval of quality assurance plan inspection and test plan.

10. Assists in implementing & continuously improve quality & other management systems in the Company to ensure the systemization of various process & activities.

11. Assists and participates in internal system audits & follow

up corrective actions. 12. Implemented & continual improvements achieve.
